About Us

Our Brain Robot Interaction (BRI) lab seeks to find new ways to deliver more better life to human by merging or separating robot technical/engineering and other scientific knolwedge for the best practical contribution to the humanity. We combine multidisciplines like robotics, informatics, brain sciences, and ethics. The research application areas are on rehabilitation, surgery, working-companion in factory, and human rescue & aid in real-world disasters including battlefields.


We proactively participate in learning, research, and development in order to perform our mission of creative innovation, contributive knowledge, and care for people.


The BRI lab at the DGIST is part of the Wellness Research Center.
